- Mental/Emotional Issues: Strength of will, personal expression, following one's dream, using personal power to create, choice and capacity to make decisions, addiction, judgement, criticism, faith.
- Possible causes of energy blocks: Difficulty expressing oneself, withholding or swallowing words, suppressing creative talents
- Crystals: Turquoise, blue kyanite, aquamarine, celestine, iolite, sodalite, lapis lazuli

When the Throat Chakra is in harmony, we have a strong will to live and follow our dreams, we speak our truth, saying what we mean and meaning what we say; Expressing ourselves creatively and authentically is easy and we have a good balance between silence and speech.
